Grown in the highlands of Comapa, Jutiapa, this coffee represents a quieter side of Guatemala — one less explored, yet deeply expressive. Comapa sits in the southeastern highlands, where the terrain and climate create a growing environment of quiet precision.

Carefully cultivated at approximately 1,276 meters above sea level, this Arabica coffee develops a balanced and smooth profile. The altitude allows for a slower ripening season, building density and character in each cherry.

Each batch is roasted in small quantities to preserve its natural character. This is not just coffee — it's a first introduction to Hills & Harvest.

Brewing guide

Best enjoyed as
pour-over or drip.

Medium-roasted to balance origin character with approachability. Pour-over lets the smooth, clean profile speak clearly — but this coffee is forgiving and works beautifully in any method.
